It is also likely to increase your strength but not to extremities of the Strength Incerease Diet. This will mainly focus on lean muscle. You will have a list of different options that you can have for each meal. To see results you should keep consistant with the diet for AT LEAST 3 weeks. Keep the diet going as long as needed to get to your goal amount of muscle you desire.
